1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• The request must be made within 03 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoice included.
• Products that are customized, perishable, or marked as "non-returnable" cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

2. Approval & Pickup – Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup or ask you to ship the product back.
3. Inspection & Refund – After receiving the item, we will inspect it. If approved, the refund will be processed within 03 business days to your original payment method.

3. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or defective items (if applicable).
• If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Used or damaged items (unless received in a defective condition).
• Items without original packaging or invoice.
• Customized or clearance sale products.

5. Refund Process

• Prepaid Orders – Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 07 days after approval.
• COD Orders – Refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer (if applicable).

6. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, inform us within 24-48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
• We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund after verification.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 02 days.
